REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Quantic Sounds. We are sure you will be thrilled with the products you have purchased. If however you change your mind or the product you have purchased is not what you expected, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of the date you have received it.

Please read carefully the terms of product returns below:

  1. First, you must contact us and let us know that you intend to return your order. Please do so through our Contact Us page.
  2. Please have in mind that in order for us to accept the return, the product has to be in its original condition, with all the parts included, as it was the day you received it, including the packaging. If the product or products and/or the accessories or packaging are not in perfect condition, your return will not be accepted.
  3. You must include the original receipt which was shipped with the products. Failure to do so, may result to refunding a significantly smaller amount than the original or your return will not be accepted altogether.
  4. We do not cover the shipping costs of the returns. You must find the most suitable way to send us the product or products. Make sure you use a shipping service which includes a tracking number. In the case of non-acceptance of the order from your part when it arrives at the destination, we do not cover both transport costs (the cost of sending to you and the cost of returning to us).
  5. All returned products will be inspected by us. If approved, you will receive a refund or exchange within 14 business days.

 

PRODUCT WARRANTY

All applicable products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
The warranty period is clearly stated on the product page.
The warranty details are shipped with the product or stated on the product page.

If you believe that the product you have purchased does not function as it should, please let us know through the Contact Us page.

Although the details of each case may be slightly different, the main procedure for warranty claim is as follows:

  1. We will require a video from you, so that we can see or analyze the nature of the problem.
  2. Depending on each case, we will open a warranty claim for you.
  3. We will cover the trasnport costs for the product return to us.
  4. Our technical team will evaluate the warranty claim.
  5. If the problem is covered by the warranty terms (ie the product is not functioning as it should and it is within the warranty period), we will either fix the problem or replace the product, and we will send it back to you free of charge.
  6. If the problem is a result of misuse or if the product actually functions the way it should, we will charge you with all the transport costs and a fee for the technical inspection, in order to send the product back to you.
